Arrest Report: Shoplifting, Shoplifting and More Shoplifting

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between April 5 and April 11, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

April 11, 2013:

• Michael Banks, of 1900 Glenn Club Drive, Stone Mountain, was arrested and charged with theft by taking and failure to appear.

April 10, 2013:

• James Corrales, of 3919 Cliffglen Court NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol, speeding and improper lane change.

April 9, 2013:

• Katrice Dabney, of 326 Bradley Woods Court NW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and improper lane change.

• [Name Withheld], Sandersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Donald Muir, of 731 Jackson Park Lane, Suwanee, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Austin Turner, of 3058 Larkspur Circle, Snellville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

April 8, 2013:

• Gabrielle Halderman, of 403 Puckett Terrace SW, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

April 7, 2013:

• Igora Abramov, of 5460 Arrowwind Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

• Yohanes Asmerom, of 415 Morgan Gardner Drive, Lillburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting, improper transferred plates, no proof of insurance, expired or no license plate/decal and expired license.

• Anthony Smith, of 1125 Lake Lucerne Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and crossing guard line drugs/weapons. He was also held for another agency.

April 6, 3013:

• Payton Haran, of 736 East Riverbend Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Erica McGraw, of 3835 Shawnee Run, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting less than $300.

• Kenneth Waske, of 1423 Marydale Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with giving false name or information, violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act (intent to distribute), violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act (two counts) and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

April 5, 2013:

• Brandon Henderson, of 373 James Street, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Sheila Kemlein, of 1148 Pine Cove Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by deception (seven counts).
