Arrest Report: Stalking, Shoplifting and More

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between March 22 and March 28, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

March 28, 2013:

Brian Robinson, of 574 Ives Circle, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

March 27, 2013:

Charles Breaud, of 1399 Fawnbrook Court, of Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.

Kirk Corsello, of 5239 Ashley Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with stalking.

Limajah Cunningham, of 1092 Treymont Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass.

Marjhn Davis, of 730 Somerset Vale Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Angela Haney, of 4008 Yellow Pine Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.

Maria Reyes, of 5280 Nathan Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

March 26, 2013:

Brittany Al'Shaibani, of 4031 Summer Place, Snellville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Taylor Gallion, of 356 Firecrest Lane, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Kevin Hardin, of 699 Burnt Creek Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and driving with license suspended or revoked.

Hieu Tran, of 4514 Candy Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce and giving a false name.

March 25, 2013:

Jeffrey Kemp, of 576 Cesarea Place, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violating the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Martin Resendiz, of 1247 Killian Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with driving while license is suspended or revoked, improper lane change, DUI of alcohol, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and failure to appear. 

Oliver Van, of 372 Berckman Drive, Liburn, was arrested and charged with theft by conversion.

March 24, 2013:

Martie Runyan, of 4168 Suzanne Lane, Duluth was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Victor Vijay, of 5297 Durham Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. He also was put on an immigration hold.

March 23, 2013:

David Williams, of 281 Amberwood Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol, improper lane change and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Douglas Williams, of 596 Burnt Creek Way, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with simple battery and interfering with call for emergency.

March 22, 2013:

Madison Bramlett, of 4020 Runnymede Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act.

Clyde Smith, of 255 Stoney Croft, Stone Mountain, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. He also was held for another agency.
