Arrest Report: Wrong-Way Driver, Littering Highway and More

The following are various arrests of Lilburn residents or arrests made by Lilburn Police, between Feb. 3 and Feb. 9, according to the Gwinnett County Detention Center website. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise.

Feb. 3, 2013:

• Dietrich Mosbey, of 880 Wilton Lane, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol, littering the highway and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

Feb. 4, 2013:

• Craig Kiessling, of 5729 Orchard Place Xing, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with simple assault.
• Alejandro Ramirez, of 3090 Ashley Trace Court, Liburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of more than .10 percent blood alcohol level, open container and improper lane change. This person also was put on an immigration hold.

Feb. 5, 2013:

• Darius Crockett, of 319 N. Cherry Street, McComb Miss., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Allison Gross, of 4602 Lucerne Valley Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor, purchase and possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
• Elbert White III, of 548 Dorsey Circle, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, purchase/possession of alcohol by a minor and violation of probation.

Feb. 6, 2013:

• Frazier Davis, of 1203 Balboa Court, Norcross, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
• Tracey Dempsey, of 1502 Meadow Mist Court, Loganville, was arrested and charged with shoplifting.
• Quadri Oki, of 2457 Dakota Trail, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with theft by recieving, credit card fraud and financial identity fraud.

Feb. 7, 2013:

• Julio Aguilar, of 2010 Puckett's Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
• Toreyano Goodwin Jr, of 3866 Green Bay Drive, Lawrenceville, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and shoplifting.
• Michael Timmons, of 743 Indian Minor Court, Stone Mountain, was arrested and charged with DUI of drugs, possession of marijuana less than one ounce, not licensed to drive and headlights not on at correct time.

Feb. 8, 2013:

• Cindy Alvarez, of 3960 Five Forks Trickum Road, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with battery.
• Francesca Lawton, of 949 Hampton Trail, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and driving on the wrong side of the road.
• Caroline Staley, of 972 Jeanette Lane, Norcross, was arrested and charged with speeding, improper lane change, reckless driving, disorderly conduct and open container.

Feb. 9, 2013:

• Alyssa Biedermann, of 202 Stoneview Trail, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and speeding.
• Brandon Donaldson, of 4084 Longview Drive, Chamblee, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
• Thomas Humphrey, of 103 Stoneview Drive, Lilburn, was arrested and charged with DUI of alcohol and improper lane change.
• Montez Taylor, of 1705 Spruce Lane, Albany, Ga., was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
