Three business in the same building of Lilburn office suites were reportedly burglarized on the same night last month.

According to the Gwinnett County Police reports, the incidents all occurred from 6:30 a.m. to 7 a.m. on a recent Monday at building 600 of 3100 Five Forks Trickum Road near Kroger.

The first burglary was reported at Clark Nexsen Architecture. The front glass door was smashed, and the complainant told police that the suspect had taken a 21-inch flat screen monitor and one central processing unit.

The other burglaries occurred at Helmuth Photography and ENG Group next door. Police responded to an alarm that went off at the photography company around 6:54 a.m. Officers found its front door shattered, too, but the complainant said nothing appeared to be taken.

ENG Group also had its alarm go off. Again, the front door was broken, and two items were taken from the office: a custom-built computer tower, another computer and custom-fitted earbuds.

One of the businesses had surveillance coverage showing a black male, standing at 6 feet tall and 180 pounds, as the possible burglary suspect. He was seen wearing black pants, tan boots and a gray hoodie, and carrying a hammer and another tool.

According to the tape, the suspect broke one of the glass doors with the hammer, entered the business and exited with two compuer towers. He fled toward the nearby Kroger on foot, but police believe he must have had some sort of vehicle because of the items taken.
