received a call from a Lisa Way woman who reported that a drunken man was trying to get into her house sometime after 8 p.m.

According to the incident report, police found the man in the backyard with no shirt or shoes on. He smelled of alcohol, slurred his words and was staggering. He was placed under arrest for public intoxication.

The reporting officer wrote in his report that when the man was in the patrol car, he “started slamming his head against my divider screen.” After they had arrived at the Gwinnett County Detention Center, the officer saw that the man had urinated on the seat and floor.

Then ...

“While walking to the door of the detention center, his pants fell to the ground,” the officer wrote, “and he stepped out of them entering the jail only wearing his boxer shorts and socks.”

While being booked the man was loud and demanded that the FBI be called. He continued to be loud and combative and was put in a restraint seat.
