Insurance limits come into play for the son of Usher's ex-wife, critically injured at Lake Lanier in July.

Kile Glover, the son of Usher's ex-wife who was critically injured at Lake Lanier earlier in July, may have to be taken off life support, according to media reports.

Citing sources, TMZ reported that Tameka Raymond can only keep her son, 11, on life-support as long as her insurance company agrees to pay, otherwise she doesn't have the funds to cover the enormous hospital bills.

He has been on life support since a July 6 accident that also injured a female friend, 15. A family friend reportedly ran into the two youths wth a jet ski at Lake Lanier, while the youths were in an inner tube being pulled by a pontoon boat.

Glover reportedly sustained severe head injuries. Jeffrey S. Hubbard, has been identified as the driver. No charges have been filed in the case, and alcohol is not believed to be a factor.

This matter comes not long after two Buford brothers, Griffin and Jake Prince, were killed in a boating collision in June on Lake Lanier.

Patch will have more coverage of this incident.
