Approval of Budget on City Council Agenda

During this second public hearing, 2012-2013 budget expected to be approved

The  is expected to vote on the approval of its 2012-2013 budget at its regular monthly meeting Monday night.

The proposal includes: General Fund, $6,263,055; SPLOST funding, $2,061,745; Capital Projects, $78,000; Confiscated Assets Fund, $50,000.

  • Special Use Permit for rezoning at 5374 Lawrenceville Highway per request by Vantage Development from Residential to Mixed Use without prejudice, as requested by the applicant and recommended by the City of Lilburn Planning Commission. 
  • Retail Package Store Alcohol License for approval for the Lilburn Market Package, 3870 Lawrenceville Highway.
  • Municipal Court Technology Fee to be approved, effective July 1, 2012.
  • Create the Office of Prosecuting Attorney of the Municipal Court of the City of Lilburn' Municipal Court.
