Lilburn CID Honors Diana Preston, Brian Allen
Diana Preston helped found the Lilburn Community Improvement District, and Brian Allen is a former Gwinnett transportation director.
Former Mayor Diana Preston was honored by the Lilburn Community Improvement District at its meeting last week. Preston helped found the CID in 2010.
Former Gwinnett Transportation Director Brian Allen was also recognized for his 16 years of leadership in the county.
County Commissioner Lynette Howard, Lilburn Mayor Johnny Crist, City Manager Bill Johnsa, Director of Planning and Economic Development Doug Stacks, Councilman Tim Dunn and other officials attended the meeting.
