Lilburn City Council Agenda, Jan. 14

The monthly meeting begins with a 6:30 p.m. work session, followed by the 7:30 p.m. council meeting.

Lilburn City Council will meet Monday, Jan. 14 for its regular meeting of the month. The 7:30 p.m. meeting will be preceded by a work session at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at City Hall. You may view the full agenda documents on the city's website.

  • Work session discussion: Mayoral appointments, resolution regarding qualifying fees for city of Lilburn elections, storm-related emergency services agreements, Georgial building codes update, invitation to bid for wrecker services, public art agreement, Girl Scout day camp in Lilburn and postponement of special use permit hearing.

    • Items for Action: Mayoral appointments for calendar year 2013, apporving election qualifying fees, approval of agreements with DAZ Constructing, Inc. and Farmer Construction, Inc.  for emergency storm-related services, approval of building code updates for International Residential Code and International Plumbing Code, wrecker services contract, approval of agreement with Dave Govedar for public art, road closure permit for Arcado Fun Run, and approval of day camp at the Lilburn City Park for local Girl Scouts.
