Lilburn City Council Agenda, June 10

The monthly meeting begins with a 6:30 p.m. work session, followed by the 7:30 p.m. council meeting.

The Lilburn City Council will meet Monday, June 10, for its regular meeting of the month.

The 7:30 p.m. meeting will be preceded by a work session at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Lilburn City Hall. You may view the full agenda documents on the city's website under "Mayor's Welcome."

  • Approval of the 2013-2014 Fiscal Budget
  • Amendments of the Occupational Tax Ordinance
  • Review application of Bella's Banquet Hall alcohol license application: The city council denied the application last month due to a number of reasons, including having previous alcohol-related incidents on its premises.
  • Rejection of bids pertaining to the city of Lilburn resurfacing project
  • The award of bid pertaining to the local maintenance improvement grant resurfacing project at Kettlewood Drive and Kettle Court.
  • Approval of the road closure/partial road closure application with amendments
  • Revision of the Special Event Policy
  • Revision of the Pavilion Rental Policy
