Lilburn City Council Agenda, May 13

The monthly meeting begins with a 6:30 p.m. work session, followed by the 7:30 p.m. council meeting.

The Lilburn City Council will meet Monday, May 13 for its regular meeting of the month.

The 7:30 p.m. meeting will be preceded by a work session at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at Lilburn City Hall. You may view the full agenda documents on the city's website under "Mayor's Welcome."

  • An application of alcohol licenses for 1910 Public House off Main Street and Bella's Banquet Hall at 4800 Lawrenceville Hwy.
  • Amendments to the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance
  • Approval of the Economic Development Ordinance
  • Deed to abandon the right-of-ways of Vankirk Street and Schappett Terrace at Church Street Station near city hall and the library
  • Approval of the intergovernmental agreement between the city and Gwinnett County on the Title Ad Valorem Tax Fee
  • Correction to the Solid Waste Ordinance under the description about a "sanitation service fee"
  • Approval of a new touchscreen system for elections in the city of Lilburn
  • Approval of the lease agreement between the city of Lilburn and the Lilburn Community Garden Inc.
  • Approval of revisions to the Special Events Policy and Pavilion Rental Policy
