City Council Meeting Minutes:

......................................Consideration of the Minutes of Regular Meeting, Monday, August 12th, 2013

Items for Action of Council:

1. 2014 LMIG – Church Street, Killian Hill Sidewalks, Angie & Allen Court
Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council approve the 2014 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant, to include: Church Street, Killian Hill Rd. sidewalk, Allen Court & Angie Court. Further, authorize the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of Lilburn.

2. Approval of CSX Preliminary Engineering Agreement
Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council approve the preliminary engineering agreement as amended between the City of Lilburn and CSX Rail. Further, authorize the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of Lilburn.

3. Budget Amendment for Chipper Repair
Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council approve budget amendment in the amount of $15,693 as an increase to the Capital Projects Fund and $2,019 as an increase to the General Fund.

4. Amendment of Alcohol Ordinance #462-13
Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council approve Ordinance #462-13, Amending Chapter 6 Alcoholic Beverages, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lilburn.

5. Amendment of Alcohol Ordinance #463-13
Staff Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council approve Ordinance #463-13, Amending Chapter 6 Alcoholic Beverages, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lilburn.
