Items for Action:

1. Big League Dreams License Agreement - Six Month Extension with no penalty.

Recommendation: That the mayor and council approve and execute the Big League Dreams license agreement with extension without penalty for a period of six months. Further, to authorize the mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the city of Lilburn.

2. City of Lilburn Protocol Manual and City Council Code of conduct

Recommendation: That the mayor and council consider the city of Lilburn Protocol Manual and City Code of Conduct as presented in draft version, subject to amendment as to form by the city attorney, and take such action as may be warranted.

3. Approval of Memorandum of Agreement - City of Lilburn and Business Watch International (USA) Inc.

Recommendation: That the mayor and council authorize the mayor or city manager to enter into a memorandum of agreement with Business Watch International (USA) Inc. for the purpose of regulating the pawn shop and precious metal industries in the city of Lilburn, in accordance with the provisions of the city’s ordinances.

4. Application process for board or commission appointments

Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council consider the draft application form and process for the purpose of identifying those interested citizens for service on city boards, commissions, committees and task forces, and take such action as may be warranted.

5. City Park and Greenway Rules

Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council consider this situation and direct staff regarding rules for the Park and Greenway Trail(s) in order to inform our park monitors and the public of the policy.
