Items for Action of Council:
1. City of Lilburn Special Events Policy
Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council consider the Special Events Policy and Agreement as presented, and to take such action as they see fit.
2. 2012 Appointment to City of Lilburn Downtown Development Authority
3. Abandonment of Columbia Drive
Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council approve Resolution #427-12 for the abandonment and disposition of Columbia Drive, as presented.
4. Right-of-Way Mowing and Maintenance Agreement (GDOT) and Memorandum of Understanding (Lilburn C.I.D.)
Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council approve the City of Lilburn entering into a Right of Way Mowing and Maintenance Agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation regarding median improvements on SR 29; and, to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Lilburn C.I.D. to assume all maintenance of the above-described improvements. Further, to authorize the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Lilburn.
5. Alarm Management Service Agreement – CitySupport, LLC
Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council authorize the City Manager or Mayor to enter into a Service Agreement with CitySupport, LLC for the purpose of administering and managing the City’s Alarm Management Program, in accordance with the provisions of the City’s Alarm Ordinances. The City to receive seventy-five percent (75%) of the proceeds and CitySupport, LLC to receive twenty- five percent (25%).
6. Road Closure Permit Requests – Arcado Elementary & Trickum Middle Schools
Recommendation: That the Mayor and Council consider the application of Arcado Elementary School for a Road Closure/Parade Permit on March 25, 2012. Also, that the Mayor and Council consider the application of Trickum Middle School for a Road Closure/Parade Permit on May 6th, 2012, and to take such action as they see fit.
