Violations cited: An employee's open beverage was on top of the microwave. There was no thermometer in the display case for hot foods. The utility sink was used to wash plantains.

The food service permit wasn't posted where it could be easily seen by the public, and the inspection report was posted behind the counter, too far for customers to read the whole thing. The hot water was shut off at the handwashing sink. A faucet knob on a handwashing sink was stripped. Some ceiling tiles in a back storage were missing.
