Parkview Baseball Ranked # 1 Nationally

Panthers continue to get recognition for outstanding talent

Baseball America gives Parkview the #1 Spot in their June 12 list of the High School Top 50 . The rankings are compiled by the Baseball America/National High School Baseball Coaches Association.

Parkview has been among the Top 10 and secured the spot with their Region AAAAA Championship, finishing 31-6. Though a few teams are still playing in state championships, Parkview looks to be the top finisher in this rankings.

Other Georgia schools that made the Baseball America Top 50 include Columbus High School at #2 (33-4), Loganville High at #23 (31-5), Appling County in Baxley, GA at #34 (35-4), and Gainesville at #49 (32-2).

The MaxPreps Xcellent 25 National Baseball Rankings of June 12 have Parkview at #7. Final rankings are due out on June 26.
