Parkview Senior is Among AJC's High School Athletes of the Year
Blog lists athletes who exhibited "standout performances" throughout the 2011-2012 season.
It's probably no surprise that Matt Olson, a senior at was listed as the Baseball Athlete of the Year by Prep Zone, a blog posted this afternoon on the AJC. Impressive stats helped him lead his team to its second secutive Championship Title.
Olson, who is also selected by the Oakland A's as the 47th overall pick the the Major League Baseball Draft on June 5 will play for Vanderbilt next year.
