Caleb King Signs with the Vikings

King came to an agreement with the Minnesota team after being passed over in the NFL supplemental draft Monday.

UGA running back Caleb King, a former Parkview High School athlete, has agreed to a deal with the Minnesota Vikings, according to Kevin Conner, King's agent.

King went undrafted Monday in the 2011 NFL Supplemental Draft.

King will have to fight for a spot on the roster as the Vikings running back depth chart includes pro-bowler Adrian Peterson, Toby Gerhart, and Lorenzo Booker. King could be given a chance to compete in the final two preseason games for the Vikings against Dallas and Houston.
