Competitive Hoop's 2012 Pre-Season Exhibition Tournament

Bring your friends and family out to Competitive Hoop's 2012 Pre-Season Exhibition Tournament! This is a fund-raising tournament and proceeds will support our recreation and educational programs that address juvenile obesity and diabetes. The event is open to the general public and is $5 for adults and $3 for children under 10 years old. Tickets can be bought at the door. 

Get your teams ready to compete against their rivals for a bid to Nationals while helping to support our program that addresses childhood obesity and weight related diabetes. 

The tournament will be held on Saturday February 18, 2012 at Mt. Carmel Christian Church. Teams will compete during the daylong tournament, which begins with the first tipoff at 1:00 p.m. Bring your family and friends and enjoy a great day of basketball and fun! There will also be a full service concession (sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, etc.)

Individual players will have an opportunity to showcase their talents. Awards will also be given for these competitions!

AGE GROUPS: 14 and under (grades 6th, 7th, & 8th)
ENTRY FEE: $100.00 per team
ENTRY DEADLINE: February 13, 2012 (no exceptions)
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place Awards

- There will be an on-site Raffle to support Juvenile Obesity and  Diabetes.
- This event is sanctioned by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U. S., Inc. 
- All participants must have a current AAU membership.
- Player must be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade and 14 years and under.
- AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event.
- AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event operator has a laptop available with an Internet connect. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site www.aausports.org to obtain their membership.
