Smoke Rise Baptist Church is having its12th Annual Open Car Truck Motorcycle Show on Saturday, May 5. All vehicles are welcome, and there's no entry fee and no spectator fee. Vehicle registration is from 9 a.m.-noon. Judging is from noon-2 p.m. and viewing is from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Music on Main Street is having its weekly outdoor live music night on Saturday, May 5, from 7-10 p.m. Owner Scott Mecredy's band, Stop Drop & Roll, will play their original newgrass and country songs. The opening band is fitting for the unofficial Cinco De Mayo holiday, MOMS says. Bring your own food and beverages, a blanket or chairs, and your dancing shoes, MOMS advises, for this family friendly event. The "most interesting man in Lilburn" will also be there. Curious?
