Get Rid of Your Old Paint and Help Local Youth

St. John Neumann's LifeTeen Community hosts used paint drive to raise funds for a mission trip.

Finally, a chance to clean out those old paint cans that have been stacked up in the basement or taking up valuable space in the corner of the garage or utility room for the past 10 years.

I’m exaggerating (I hope) but if you’re like my family, every time we paint any of our rooms, we have leftover paint that must be saved just in case we need it one day for touch ups.

As you are probably aware, our county trash trucks do not accept paint cans unless the paint is completely dried.  Very often getting rid of this leftover paint can be a real environmental problem, so it’s just as easy to keep it stacked in the corner.

There's no need to keep those things around after this Saturday.

The St. John Neumann’s LifeTeen Community has partnered with Williams Paint Recycling and will have several trucks on hand to collect old paint for the purposes of either recycling or reusing.
