Parkview Celebrates Homecoming With Win Over Central

Panthers scored two late TDs to beat the Black Knights

Parkview's Homecoming was a sweet one Friday night at the Big Orange Jungle in Lilburn.

The Panthers scored twice in the final 7:11 to beat Central Gwinnett 21-13 on the coldest Friday night of the 2013 football season.

Justis Rosser scored on a 5-yard run with 7:11 left in the game for the winning margin. His TD gave the Panthers a 14-13 lead.

After a Central Gwinnett fumble, Parkview's Jack Chambers hit James Hutson on a 27-yard touchdown pass with 1:07 to seal the game.

Chambers completed a 68-yard touchdown pass to Johnathan Boyd for a 7-0 Parkview lead early in the first quarter.

Parkview, which started the season 0-5, has now won two of its last three games.

At halftime, Rachel Williams was named Parkview's Homecoming queen.
