9-Year-Old Parkview Panthers Named Falcons Youth Team of the Week
The youth football organization won a $500 grant from the Falcons after being named Youth Team of the Week.
The 9-year-old Parkview Panthers were recently selected as the Atlanta Falcons' Youth Team of the Week, winning a $500 grant from the pro team and the NFL's Youth Football Fund.
The Falcons' program "recognizes outstanding youth football teams around the State of Georgia," according to the team's community relations blog, and it runs through mid-November.
The team, which is coached by Darryl Rowe, also received Falcon shirts.
