Gwinnett Gladiators Return to the Ice This Weekend
The Gwinnett Gladiators will return for the 2013-14 season.
Another Gwinnett tradition -- hockey, yes, hockey -- returns this weekend.
The Gwinnett Gladiators will open their 2013-14 season Friday (Oct. 18) at the Gwinnett Arena. And this year, the team that has won back-to-back South Division titles in the East Coast Hockey League has a new coach, Rick Emmett (see attached video.)
Friday's opening foe will be the Greenville Road Warriors. The puck drops at 7:05 p.m.
The Gladiators are affiliated with the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League.
