IF IT FITS YOUR MACROS

The result of having 1,000 calories to spare. 500 cal meal here. 7 ounces sweet potato topped with honey and cinnamon. 4oz lean ground turkey topped with bbq sauce and dijon mustard. 1 oz salted cashews. ANNND I have 500 calories left for later. ‪#‎IIFYM‬! I was recently eating so crappy. And then decided its time for a little mini cut. Of course I'm keeping my calories high but just incorporating more cardio and healthy controlled meals will definitely tighten me up. I am loving flexible eating. Still enjoying food. Eating by FEEL. I have a set amount of calories of 2200 to hit and I keep my carbs at 200 but I don't have set macros per meal and if I want to eat the majority of my carbs at night, well, that's what I'm going to do. Calories in, calories out, people! Doesn't matter what time of the day it is. All that matters is that you fuel your workouts and hit them macros.
