Events in and around Lilburn include:
- Football and Cheerleading Registration at Mountain Park on Saturday, June 9. Football must be done in person; Cheerleaders may register on line all day.
- Lilburn Farmers Market TODAY from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. More than 40 vendors are signed up to bring you the freshest produce, the softest artisan breads, the tastiest salsas, pasta and even tamales. Entertainment varies each week, but it's ALWAYS great! The market is located in the Greenway Trail parking lot across from Lilburn City Hall and is open 4 PM to 8 PM every Friday in June, July and August.
- Lilburn Idol begins this Friday, June 8. With more than 59 contestants ranging in age from 5 to 71 (most fall in the 10-18 year old range) this is going to be a great way to spend a Friday night. All performances are held in beautiful Lilburn City Park. Families can come early to enjoy the playground and shady walking trails. Bring blankets to lay out on the grass or folding chairs to enjoy the show.
