Movies for Less Moolah

Take the kids to the movies in Lawrenceville, Ga. for just a couple of bucks.

School has only been out for a few days, and this week is off to a rainy start. Are the kids bored already and driving you crazy? Starting today, we'll share some family friendly-- and budget friendly-- things you can do all summer long.

Did you know you can go to the movies in Lawrenceville for less than two dollars? The Town Center Value Cinemas 10 shows movies for $1.99. These movies are ones that have just left the more expensive theaters. So for the price of one ticket at a conventional theater, you can take five or six people to Town Center.

The young kids will enjoy Dr. Seuss' The Lorax or Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. Tweens and teens can check out Mirror Mirror or A Thousand Words.
