Sparkle in the Park Fireworks Show Rescheduled for Sunday
The annual Fourth of July celebration was postponed until Labor Day weekend due to rain. But will the weather hold out on Sunday?
Lilburn's annual Fourth of July celebration is planned to finally take place on Sunday, September 1.
Sparkle in the Park was postponed due to heavy rains which rolled through the area around Independence Day, forcing several localities to cancel their celebrations.
The weather forecast for Sunday calls for a 50 percent chance of rain in Lilburn.
The family friendly event begins at 4pm at the City of Lilburn Park. The music starts at 4:30 with Freddie's Finest taking the stage at 5:30 and A1A at 7pm. Fireworks begin at 9:30.
