FAKE CUSTOMER RESPONSE...
Dear Wxyz, Inc. I read your FB post this a.m. and simply had to respond. I appreciate you and your staff for all of the years of excellent service. However, I am a passionate supporter of our President and know in my heart he is the best for our country.
I have never provided my political thoughts to Wxyz, Inc because, they are my own and I realize others may have a different view. Personally I don't care what 123 Inc , Wxyz, Inc, some Hollywood celebrity and or sports figure has to say about politics, morals or religion... That is their PERSONAL opinion....
So, in closing consider our business relationship terminated... Sincerly, former customer.
VERY IMPORTANT... It does not matter who the current President, Governor, Mayor is, or controversial issue of the day. There will always be people who are passionate on either side.
It’s likely you will ever know the impact of your agenda motivated post. True, you will get a fair amount of Likes, Friends, Followers cheering you on and that feeds your ego but not your dinner table. However there is absolutely no way to discover how many “potential” customers you may have lost... is it worth it?
Mr./Ms business person truly, you are tossing loaded dice by your FB/Twitter/Google+/Linkedin etc posts of anything controversial...it's high risk to do so... Trust me I know.
PS... if you are not in business, and a taxpayer, voter, retired :-) or just have an opinion etc. Post away...
