Video Spotlight: Afternoon Picnic for Lilburn Relay Rally

Lilburn offered up some great food for a great cause Thursday afternoon with a picnic at the city park pavilion benefiting the annual , scheduled April 29.

The Rally supports the larger all-night Gwinnett Relay for Life in May.

Last year, more than $20,000 was raised through the local event, an evening of celebration and commemoration for residents, friends and family who have been affected by cancer.

With two weeks to go before the Lilburn event, around $10,000 has already been raised. More than 100 participants and 12 "teams" have signed up so far to participate.
