I am sorry to see that The Yelloow rose suddenly closed down this past saturday ! Juilia will be sorely! Here is another examp;e of a small business leaving downtown that had no suppport from tje city of lilburn and its governing body. What is this the 8 business to close down and leave downtown in the past year !
