I knew him. I knew Dakota very well. I have told many people. But I think the public should know. IRead More was the closet thing to a girlfriend you could get. He had just called me Tuesday night. We were supposed to be going on a date on Sunday. And he was telling me how excited he was to be able to take me out. He was always so happy, I never saw him sad. He was so outgoing. And was a rad skater. He had places to go in the world, and he would have made it. I think the hardest part of this is knowing I missed a chance. I cared so much about him. I used to tease him, please him, spend every second next to him if I could, and some days ignore him. And now .. I just can't believe I wasted so much time. I love Dakota so much. And it hurts so much to not have him here. But I know he's out there, happier than ever. And I know I'll see him soon.
