Man Arrested for Shooting at Utility Workers - Cumming Patch A Gainesville man was arrested early Wednesday morning after he allegedly shot at utility workers who were near the man's home attempting to restore power due to trees that had fallen on the power lines. Donald Josh Deal, 62, of Holland Drive located off Brown's Bridge Road, is being held at the Hall County jail on two counts of aggravated assault, according to Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks. Former Atlanta Brave Charged With Battery in Domestic Dispute - Duluth Patch Former Atlanta Braves centerfielder Andruw R. Jones was arrested and charged with battery in a domestic dispute that occurred between he and his wife at their home in unincorporated Duluth early Christmas morning, Gwinnett Police reported. Gwinnett Police responded to a domestic dispute call at the Jones home about 1:25 a.m. Dec. 25. During the investigation of this call, probable cause was developed to arrest Jones for battery.
