Editor's Note: The Lilburn Police Department traffic will be heavy Tuesday night in the area of Lawrenceville Highway and Rockbridge Road during the Ftesival of Lights celebration. From City of Lilburn The Lilburn sky will be lit with fireworks on Nov. 13 for the traditional celebration of Diwali, the Festival of Lights, in front of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir at 460 Rockbridge Road (at the intersection with Lawrenceville Highway). Countless lamps will be lit on this occasion, and at 7 p.m. the Maha Arti (a prayer for inner peace, prosperity and happiness) will be held where all can participate in unison.
