Teens can design their own t-shirts at a Gwinnett Library branch today.
The Collins Hill Branch of the Gwinnett County Public Library is holding a t-shirt making session later today. Starting at 5pm, teens in grades 6 through 12 can make either a glow in the dark or bleached tee. The event is free, but you need to bring your own shirt.
