Dakota Waters, age 17, of Lawrenceville, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013. Dakota was a student at Berkmar High School, Lilburn. He was preceded in death by his Brother: Jeremy Waters; Grandfather: Beeler Waters. He is survived by Father: Jerrell Waters of Lawrenceville; Mother: Jill LeRoy of Las Vegas, NV; Grandmother: Mrs. Inez Waters of Lawrenceville; several aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Gwinnett County Public Schools is confirming that the teen killed Wednesday in an early morning accident on Lawrenceville Highway is a student at Berkmar High School. Dakota Waters, 17, was listed as a junior at the Lilburn high school, according to Jorge Quintana, a spokesman for Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS.)
