Robbery Suspect's Demand Note Says 'I Need $20,000 Please & Thank You' - Norcross Patch Norcross Police arrested an attempted armed robbery suspect at a bus stop off Beaver Ruin Road after a nearby check cashing business reported that someone had tried to rob them. The accused Norcross man, Q. Berkmar High Teacher Lands on 'Jeopardy!'

Christopher Pae, a teacher at Berkmar High School, will compete on "JEOPARDY!" today, Nov. 9. He is participating in the quarter-finals of the quiz show's teachers tournament, and he is the only teacher from Georgia to do so. In Lilburn, he teaches world history and coaches the school's winning academic decathlon team, according to his teacher page. As one of 15 educators chosen for the quarter-finals, Pae recently traveled to Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, Calif., for the Oct. 1 and 2 tapings. He will compete against Robin Cheney, of Rancho Santa Margarita, Claif., and Marion Penning, of Baltimore, Md. Some 100,000 educators initially tried out online, and then about 2,000 to 3,000 educators advanced to in-person follow-ups before …
