The largest children's consignment sale in Gwinnett opens to the public Tuesday at 9 a.m. Vendors got a preview of the mega-sale Monday at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds. Patch was there as they opened the doors.
The spring 2013 Kidsignments Sale runs Feb. 12-16 at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds in Lawrenceville. The sale starts at 9 a.m. each day. There was an "early bird" session Monday. See the attached video. This giant consignment sale features gently used kids clothing, toys, furniture, coats, shoes, and books. About 1,400 people sell, and there are thousands of choices. Kidsignments, which started in a local mom’s garage 18 years ago, has since expanded to two buildings and become known as the “superbowl” of consignment sales. The sale of gently used baby, kids and baby teen clothes, toys, books, furniture, strollers, and bikes starts today Aug. 16 and continues through Aug. 20 at the Gwinnett Fairgrounds in Lawrenceville. More than 1,000 vendors have merchandise for sale at bargain prices. Use the second entrance to the fairgrounds.
