A missing Gwinnett woman has been found and reunited with her family. On Tuesday, at about 5:45pm, Gwinnett County Police issued a release stating Stacy Parker had been found earlier. Parker is reported to be in good health and with family members. Parker was last seen Friday afternoon at the Venture Cinemas in Duluth. A Mattie's Call was issued over the weekend. The 42-year-old suffers from diabetes and a brian tumor that has symptoms similar to Alzheimer's. Patch is awaiting more details about Parker's disappearance and how she was found.

Although there have been media reports that Stacey Parker had been found, Gwinnett County Police say they are still treating her case as a missing person and she is still at risk.

Stacy Parker went missing Friday afternoon when she was last seen at the Venture Cinemas in Duluth. On Sunday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Parker was found safe. However, Cpl. Jake Smith of the Gwinnett County Police says the woman is still missing and the Mattie's Call is still in effect. "As far as GCPD is concerned, Stacey Parker has not been located," said Smith in a release. "We still consider her a missing person and we still consider her at risk." Smith says detectives have received tips that Parker may have bee seen at a homeless shelter in Atlanta. That information has not been confirmed and GCPD detectives are investigating. A Mattie's call has been issued for a woman last seen in Gwinnett County. Stacy Janine Parker was last seen at the Venture Cinema on Venture Drive near the Gwinnett Place Mall Friday at about 1:00pm. The 42-year-old suffers from diabetes and a benign brain tumor. Her symptoms are similar to alzheimer's and include confusion and forgetfulness. Parker is a black female, 5'5", about 130-140 pounds. She was last seen wearing gray pea coat, white long sleeved shirt, black capri pants, white shoes and carrying a pink purse. Police ask anyone with information about her whereabouts to call 770-513-5100 or call 911.
