Lilburn 'Pill Mill' Suspects Post Bail

A federal judge set bonds for each of four defendants, including a doctor from Duluth.

All four defendants charged in connection with a suspected illegal pain clinic in Lilburn have bonded out of jail, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. On Wednesday, each of the suspects had a detention hearing at United States District Court in Atlanta. Chief Magistrate Janet F. King set bonds for each. All defendants pleaded not guilty. The suspects are charged with federal drug and distribution charges in relation to Premier Medical Management, Inc., located at 3993 Lawrenceville Highway. See also:

Hearing Set for 'Pill Mill' Defendants

Four people suspected in running an illegal pain clinic will face a judge Wednesday.

Update: Jan. 31, 3:20 p.m.: Lilburn 'Pill Mill' Suspects Post Bail ------------ Four defendants charged in connection with a suspected illegal pain clinic in Lilburn will stand before a judge on Wednesday. According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, detention hearings for all four defendants are scheduled for Jan. 30 at 10:30 a.m. before Chief Magistrate Janet F. King, of the United States District Court in Atlanta.
