I am 600 hour certified Pialtes instructor with seven years teaching experience.  I have a private studio all sessions are by appointment.

Born in Georgia living in Lilburn for 23 years. 

I have a daughter who graduated from Parkview in 2000, she attended Austin Pea University graduated with a Master degree in Biology and is now a 2Lt. in the Army.

I love teaching Pilates and watching students obtain their goals and much more.

I have a background in nursing, I have trained with several alternative programs: Psych-k, Avalon, Michael Castel's Breathwork Breath for Life, Trained neurofeed back facilitator.

I look forward to sharing my passion for Pilates and hopefully creating a curiosity in you that you would want to try a few Pilates sessions, you deserve it
