Help Georgia Cooperative Extension at Friday's Lilburn Farmers' Market

Each week, the Lilburn Farmers' Markets designates a charity that will be allowed to use the event as a fundraiser.

Each week, the Lilburn Farmers' Market offers a local nonprofit the chance to raise money during the Friday festivities.

This week Gwinnett Cooperative Extension is the designated charity. The organization will be allowed to sell bottled water and keep 100 percent of the proceeds.

July 12th will also include a chef demonstration and music by Clark Brown.

Featured nonprofits during future market days include SafetySmart Lilburn, the MOMS Club of Lilburn and a local Girl Scouts troop.

The market takes place 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Fridays in the Greenway Trail parking lot on Main Street.
