Lilburn Police Release Photos of Suspects in Package Store Robbery

Two men allegedly went into Depot Package Store off Lawrenceville Highway in late June and robbed the establishment by gunpoint.

Lilburn Police have released photos of two suspects wanted in connection to an armed robbery.

Authorities are looking for two men who allegedly robbed the Depot Package Store off Lawrenceville Highway on Friday, June 27. According to the report, the manager told authorities that the masked men forced him at gunpoint to obtain funds from the cash register.

Lilburn Police spokesman Capt. Thomas Bardugon said in a news release that local investigators obtained video from a business next door, which showed one of the suspects in the back of Pawn Mart for several minutes before the armed robbery.

The video shows that both men were black with thin builds, were between 5'6" and 5'8", and wore blue jeans and black shoes. One of them was wearing a white shirt and the other was wearing a black shirt.

Their masks differed, too: One was wearing a white hockey mask and the other had on a baseball hat and a white bandana covering the lower part of his face.

There is no vehicle description at this time.

The public is asked to contact the Lilburn Police Department with any information. Please contact Detective Kim Banks @ 770-638-2220 or email kbanks@cityoflilburn.com.
